Intoxicated driving arrests
-- SETH M. DEAN, 18, of 1646 S. Walnut St., Janesville, at 6:50 p.m. Sunday at Court Street and Garfield Avenue, Janesville.
-- BRADLEY W. PHILLIPS, 32, of 602 E. Eighth St., Brodhead, at 12:49 a.m. Monday at Highway 11 west of Roherty Road, Center Township. It was reportedly his fourth offense. Also ticketed for knowingly fleeing an officer, endangering safety by reckless driving, operating after revoked, failing to stop at a stop sign, operating left of center and speeding.
Accidents
-- COUNTY K AND AVON NORTH TOWNLINE ROAD, PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, at 2 a.m. April 19. A car driven by Rex L. Downing, 20, 3620 Birdsong Lane, Janesville, slid off the road on a curve, struck a tree in the ditch and flipped, landing on its passenger side. Downing was reported transported to a hospital. He was arrested on an intoxicated driving charge and cited for failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and driving too fast for conditions.
