-- JAMES G. MILESTONE, 45, of 5514 E. Clayshire Drive, Milton, at 11:43 p.m. Saturday on charges of battery to an officer, resisting an officer and obstructing an officer. Milestone struggled with officers when they were called to his home for a reported domestic dispute.
-- RICHARD L. BEALL, 46, of 2304 Hawaii Drive, Janesville, at 4:15 p.m. Sunday at 830 Harding St., Janesville, on charges of party to delivery of heroin and party to second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Beall is accused of helping set up a heroin buy for a 21-year-old Janesville man who overdosed April 6, said Lt. Tim Hiers with the Janesville Police Department. The man was treated and released at Mercy Hospital.
Accidents
-- COUNTY K AND AVON NORTH TOWNLINE ROAD, PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, at 2 a.m. April 19. A car driven by Rex L. Downing, 20, 3620 Birdsong Lane, Janesville, slid off the road on a curve, struck a tree in the ditch and flipped, landing on its passenger side. Downing was reported transported to a hospital. He was arrested on an intoxicated driving charge and cited for failure to report an accident, leaving the scene of an accident and driving too fast for conditions.
