BELOIT — Murray Enterprises of Davenport, Iowa is now using a 117,000 square foot, specialty warehouse on Beloit's North side.

Kerry Ingredients moved out of that, and other buildings in Beloit, when their new World Headquarters at the I-90 / I-43 interchange was completed. Commercial Real Estate agent Gary Seidel helped broker the deal. He says Murray works for a number of food processing plants in the midwest, including Hormel's plant in Beloit. The warehouse, complete with 15 shipping docks, a rail spur, refrigeration capability, and office space, was exactly what Murray needed.

Seidel is also working to find a new tenant for Kerry's old research and development facility in Downtown Beloit.
