-- JAMES J. CLEARY, 49, of N1321 Townhall Road, Walworth, at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday at 2001 Morse St., Janesville on a charge of child neglect. Cleary left an 8-month-old child and a 3-year-old child unattended in a vehicle in the parking lot at Menards, 2001 Morse St., Janesville, lot for at least 15 minutes, according to police reports.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- TAMMY L. LANNON, 36, of 1110 S. Wells St., Lake Geneva, at 2:35 a.m. Sunday on West Street at Highway 50, Lake Geneva. She also was cited for unsafe backing.
-- SCOTT D. AILPORT, 47, Harvard, Ill., at 2:43 a.m. Saturday on South Main Street, Walworth. He also was cited for operating without a valid driver’s license and operating left of center.
-- THOMAS E. HOLSTEIN, 62, of 2305 Cedar Point Drive, Delavan, at 5:44 p.m. April 15 on Williams Street at George Street, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for speeding.
