Quad Cities buries Snappers

BELOIT — The Beloit Snappers sank under a barrage of 11 hits, 12 walks and six errors en route to a 15-2 loss to visiting Quad Cities in Midwest League baseball here Tuesday.

Beloit trailed 8-1 after three innings.

Beloit starter Shooter Hunt (0-1) allowed seven runs—five earned—on three hits and six walks in 2 2/3 innings to take the loss.
