Intoxicated driving arrests
-- TYLER L. APPLEBEE, 27, of 1635 S. River Road, Janesville, at 5:28 a.m. Sunday at County A west of County H, Center Township, after his vehicle went off the road and hit a mailbox, rolling onto its roof.

-- SECOND-DEGREE SEXUAL ASSAULT TO A CHILD reported at 1:34 p.m. Monday in the 2900 block of Carousel Lane, Janesville. A teen reported the sexual assault and was taken to Mercy Hospital.
Accidents
-- DEERFIELD DRIVE AND HUMES ROAD, Janesville, at 9:47 p.m. Saturday, a sport utility vehicle driven by Dylan W. Heaslip, 16, of 404 S. Walnut St., Janesville, struck a curb and rolled. Heaslip was transported to Mercy Hospital, Janesville, but his condition was not released because he is a minor. His passenger, Dylan R. Lambert, 17, of 201 N. Grant Ave., Janesville, also was transported to Mercy Hospital. His condition also was unavailable because he is a minor.
-- HIGHWAY 14 AND BUTTS CORNERS ROAD, Union Township, at 12:47 a.m. Sunday, a sport utility vehicle driven by Mark A. Frieders, 40, McFarland, rolled off the road. Frieders is accused of falling asleep while driving. He was ticketed for inattentive driving. He was transported to a local hospital, but his condition was unknown this morning.
-- COUNTY J AND SMITH ROAD, Turtle Township, at 5:03 p.m. Saturday, a motorcycle driven by Michael A. Davis, 50, Rockton Ill., and a motorcycle driven by Diane L. Minnihan, 48, Machesney Park, Ill., slid off the road along a sharp turn. Davis was admitted to Beloit Memorial Hospital and released.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JOSE AGUSTIN DELATORRE-MENDOZA, 38, Beloit, at 9:56 a.m. April 12 in the 100 block of East 9th Avenue, Brodhead. He also was cited for operating after suspension.
