-- PAUL J. BLUM, 57, of 2429 Apache Court, Janesville, at 5:24 p.m. Sunday at Memorial Drive and Prairie Avenue, Janesville.
-- BRIAN K. FLINT, 45, of 4019 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville, at 1:55 a.m. Sunday at Milwaukee Street and Morningside Drive, Janesville. He also was cited for misdemeanor child neglect.
-- AMANDA K. ELLENBERGER, 18, of 4440 Coquette Drive, Janesville, at 1:19 a.m. Sunday at Highway 26 and McCormick Drive, Janesville.
-- ANDREJ OLIUNIN, 40, Southfield, Minn., at 12:28 a.m. Sunday at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office after officers responded to a report of an intoxicated driver at Taco Bell, 2626 Humes Road, Janesville. A passenger, Jacek Cylinski, 45, Chicago, was cited for open intoxicants in a vehicle.
-- ROBERT J. AFFOLTER, 60, of 860 Blaine St., Janesville, at 8:10 p.m. Saturday at his home.
-- JASMINE M. DIETZ, 23, of 2411 Turnberry Drive, Beloit, at 2:54 a.m. Saturday on County G at Sunny Lane Road, Rock Township. She also was cited for operating left of center.
-- PATRICK L. OTTO, 25, Stockton, Ill., at 12:47 a.m. Saturday on Interstate 43 north of Hart Road, Turtle Township. He also was cited for speeding, open intoxicants in a motor vehicle and possession of marijuana. A passenger in his vehicle, Isaac A. Wickler, 29, Winslow, Ill., was cited for possession of marijuana.
-- RONALD K. NEWMAN, 30, of 1633 Sixth St., Beloit, at 12:11 a.m. Thursday on Interstate 43 south of Hart Road, Beloit. It was reported as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for speeding, second-offense operating after revocation and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle.

-- BURGLARY to a shed in the 6000 block of Highway 51, Janesville, reported Friday. Property was reported moved but not taken.
-- CAR THEFT late Saturday or early Sunday in the 1900 block of Nicolet Street, Janesville. The car, valued at $1,000, had been unlocked with the keys inside. It later was found in the 700 block of Cambridge Drive, Janesville.
Fire calls
-- VEHICLE FIRE at 1:25 a.m. today at 2022 Green Valley Drive, Janesville. No damage reported to the interior of the SUV last used Friday. Damage estimated at $3,000.
-- HOUSE FIRE at 6:45 p.m. Sunday at 323 S. John Paul Road, Milton. Officers found the unoccupied home engulfed in smoke. The fire appears to have started on the second floor. No injuries were reported. The cause remains under investigation by the Milton fire and police departments.
Accidents
-- BRODHEAD STREET EAST OF HIGHWAY 11, SPRING VALLEY TOWNSHIP. A vehicle driven by Gary M. Caswell, 29, of 1139 Division St., Beloit, failed to negotiate a curve, hit the curb, went into the ditch, overturned and slid down an embankment into a creek at 1:08 a.m. Sunday. Caswell was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville. His passenger, Jackie M. Schmidt, 54, of 506 1/2 W. Second St., Brodhead, is in good condition at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Caswell was cited for operating while intoxicated, operating while intoxicated causing injury, knowingly operating after revocation causing injury, driving too fast for conditions, seat belt violation, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-- HIGHWAY 11 AT HANOVER ROAD, ROCK TOWNSHIP. A vehicle driven by Steve M. Krantz, 46, Yorkville, Ill., collided with a vehicle driven by Scott J. Martin, 24, of 42 S. Lexington Drive, Janesville, at 3:09 p.m. Wednesday. Martin was treated and released from Mercy Hospital, Janesville. His passenger, Kristen M. Jacobson, 16, of 8713 E. County X, Clinton, was reportedly transported to a local hospital, but her condition was unknown this morning. Krantz was cited for failure to yield while making a left turn.
