Richard "Rick" Creek, 47, of Janesville died Friday at UW Hospital, Madison. A memorial service will be at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Schneider, Apfel, Schneider & Schneider Funeral Home, Janesville. Visitation will be from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Ralph W. Crocker, 97, died Friday at Kelly House, Evansville. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St John’s Lutheran Church, Evansville. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Ward Funeral Home, Evansville, is assisting the family.
M. Vivian Johnson, 94, of Williams Bay died Tuesday at Golden Years Health Care Center, Walworth. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Toynton’s Funeral Home, Walworth. Visitation will be from noon until the time of services Wednesday at the funeral home.
Gene Kumlien, 84, of Milton died Wednesday at home. A memorial visitation is set for 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Whitcomb-Lynch-Albrecht Funeral Home, Milton.
Nicole Pergande, 24, of Milwaukee died Thursday at St. Luke’s Hospital, Milwaukee. A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at First Lutheran Church, Janesville. Visitation is set for 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
George P. Wedenberg, 89, of Walworth died Friday at Vintage on the Pond, Delavan. Services are pending with Toynton Funeral Home, Walworth.
Destinee La'Mae Williams-Bryant, 16 days old, died Thursday at St. Mary’s Hospital, Madison. A funeral service is set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Schneider, Apfel, Schneider & Schneider Funeral Home, Janesville. Visitation is set for 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
