-- ATTEMPTED ROBBERY reported at 11:28 a.m. Monday at Kealey Pharmacy, 21 S. Jackson St., Janesville. A man reportedly told a pharmacy clerk he had a weapon and demanded a narcotic drug. He then left the store. The man was white and in his late 20s, stocky, 5 feet 6 inches tall and had a dark beard.

-- KENNETH R. SOLLES, 60, of 2212 S. Palm St., Janesville, at 12:38 p.m. Monday at Jackson Street and Rockport Road, Janesville.
Accidents
-- MIDVALE DRIVE AND WRIGHT ROAD, Janesville, at 12:41 p.m. Monday, a car driven by Suzan L. Rahn, 27, of 606 Greenman St., Milton, collided with an oncoming car driven by Renae L. Wald, 42, Beloit. Rahn’s passenger, Ashlee S. Miller, 25, Beloit, was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ANGELO PARENTE, 27, of 524 Morgan Drive, Williams Bay, at 12:17 a.m. Sunday on Main Street at Cook Street, Lake Geneva. He also was cited for unsafe lane deviations and open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia have been referred to the district attorney's office.

-- UNDERAGE DRINKING PARTY reported at 10:52 p.m. April 7 in the 1100 block of Wells Street, Lake Geneva. Justine P. Peterson, 20, of 1167 Wells St., Lake Geneva, was cited for furnishing alcohol to minors and obstructing an officer. Four males, ages 16 and 20, were cited for underage drinking. Offenders’ addresses included Lake Geneva and Burlington.
