A Janesville man is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday for attempting to hire a hit man to kill his estranged wife and her boyfriend, City Council Member Yuri Rashkin.

46-year-old Joseph Chrislaw, Sr. is charged with two felony counts of solicitation of first degree intentional homicide. Chrislaw is accused of trying to hire a hit man from the Hells Angels motorcycle gang. The man he thought was a hit man was actually an undercover Janesville police officer, tipped off by one of Chrislaw's acquaintances.

Chrislaw pled guilty in January.

Interesting....you can't tell the difference between a member of the Hells Angels and a cop?
That being said....The sad part is, he will not do as much time as he deserves, because nobody was actually "harmed".
