BTC Personnel committee looks at possible staffing changes

— The Blackhawk Technical College board's personnel committee is taking a first look at possible staffing adjustments for the next fiscal year on Wednesday.

BTC Vice president of human resources, Brian Gohlke, says they review staffing levels "from time to time."

Gohlke says none of the positions they're looking at are clerical or part of the teaching staff, but rather administrative.

No decisions will be made pending further discussions by the board, a public hearing, and a final vote on the budget some time in June.
