-- GARY B. CHILD, 43, of 304 Mechanic St., Albany, at 1:45 p.m. Thursday on County B at Highway 104, by Albany police on Janesville Police Department bench warrants accusing him of failing to appear in court on a previous charge of delivery of cocaine.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- THERESA L. GRAESSLIN, 39, of 1309 S. Terrace St., Janesville, at 12:43 a.m. Saturday, after the van she was driving went off the road, hit a utility pole and ended up in the front yard of 814 Center Ave., Janesville.
-- HANNAH C. CEASE, 19, of 111 Broadway St., Edgerton, at 1:56 a.m. Tuesday on Newville Road near Pine Road in Fulton Township. Also cited for seatbelt violation and failing to notify police of accident, after her car hit a tree.
-- NEIL T. RICHARD, 29, of 2215 Adel St., Janesville, at 12:15 a.m. April 5 on County X at Hart Road in Turtle Township after the car he was driving collided with a pickup truck in the intersection. Also cited for failure to yield while making a left turn.

-- BURGLARY in the 2800 block of North River Bluff Drive, Janesville, reported April 6. A door was forced open and pain medications were taken from a vacant house.
-- FELONY BATTERY at 12:53 a.m. Sunday at Corvina’s, 123 E. Milwaukee St., Janesville. A 23-year-old Janesville male reported to police that a 21-year-old Beloit man struck him in the head with a beer bottle. The victim was treated and released at Mercy Hospital. He needed 12 stitches in his forehead and head.
Accidents
-- HALL ROAD AT COUNTY M in Johnstown Township, at 9:03 a.m. Saturday. John El Hoge, 69, of 12846 E. Pioneer Road, Whitewater, was driving a truck south on Hall Road when the truck went off the road on a curve and tipped onto its side. Hoge was cited for driving too fast for conditions. He was treated and released at Mercy Hospital, Janesville.
Fire calls
-- GRASS FIRE at 4:29 p.m. Sunday in a field at Johnson and Lowry roads in Rock Township. The 20-acre fire is believed to have started from a brush pile being burned, according to a Janesville Fire Department shift commander. The Janesville Fire Department received assistance from the Orfordville Fire Department. Firefighters were on scene for two hours.
