-- DAVID C. VANCE, 58, of 345 Home Park Ave., Janesville, at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday in the 1600 block of Milton Avenue, Janesville.
Arrests
-- A 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 11:40 a.m. Friday at Craig High School was referred to juvenile authorities on charges of possession with intent to distribute a schedule-two narcotic and possession of marijuana. The boy is accused of intending to sell 14 Hydrocodone and four Oxycodone tablets. He also is accused of having a bag of marijuana for personal use.

-- CHECK WELFARE reported at 5:16 a.m. Tuesday for a woman sitting on the ledge of the West Court Street Bridge, Janesville. Two officers attempted to talk the woman off the ledge while a third officer snuck up behind her and grabbed her. The woman was depressed and intoxicated and taken to the Rock County Healthcare Center.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 14 AND BURDICK ROAD, Janesville Township, at 7:24 a.m. Friday, a car driven by Dawn M. Gosda, 44, of 301 Dorow Ave., Edgerton, collided into the back of a minivan driven by Caroline M. Pratesi, 39, of 4337 Pheasant Run, Janesville. Gosda was ticketed for following too closely. She also was treated at Mercy Hospital, Janesville, and released.
-- HIGHWAY 26 AND COUNTY N, Milton Township, at 8:43 a.m. Saturday, a car driven by Jacob L. Dixon, 16, of 1019 Park Place, Milton, struck a pickup truck driven by Dennis R. Rosenbaum, 62, of 33 Northside Drive, No. 107, Milton. Dixon was ticketed for improper right turn. Dixon and his passenger, Suzanne M. Dixon, 44, also of 1019 Park Place, Milton, were transported to Mercy Hospital. Jacob’s condition was not released because he is a minor. Suzanne was treated and released.
