Legislators hold listening sessions

ROCK COUNTY — The first of three listening sessions, planned by local democrats, was held Thursday night at Blackhawk Technical College.

Scheduled to attend all of the sessions are Senator Judy Robson of Beloit, and Representatives Mike Sheridan, Chuck Benedict, Kim Hixson, and Andy Jorgensen. Two future sessions are scheduled for Grinnell Hall in Beloit on April 8th, and at the Whitewater City Hall on April 17th.

Information and opinions received from constituents will be used to help make decisions as the proposed two year budget bill is worked out.
