-- MATTHEW J. SPLINTER, 34, of 506 Park Ave., Janesville, at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday in the 1300 block of Kellogg Avenue, Janesville, on charges of forgery and theft.
-- KYLE C. GARCIA, 20, of 3517 Colby Lane, Janesville, at 12:36 a.m. today at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of identity theft.
-- BOOKER A. MITCHELL, 23, of Davenport, Iowa, at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Scott County Jail in Davenport, on a Rock County bench warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
-- FREDRICK J. KLINGFORTH, 19, of 1042 Bingham Ave., Janesville, at 7 a.m. today at the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, on a charge of battery by prisoner. He is accused of assaulting a correctional officer at the jail at 9:15 a.m. Monday.

-- BURGLARY to a warehouse at 3920 Kennedy Road, Janesville, reported Wednesday. Damage to a garage door was discovered.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 59 AT GOEDE ROAD IN NEWVILLE at 2:42 p.m. Saturday, cars driven by Jeffrey D. Endres, 22, of Cross Plains and Clyde M. Tunak, 56, of Cottage Grove, collided at the intersection. Endres was cited for failing to yield while making a left turn. Tunak and Holly Tunak, 53, were transported for medical treatment.
-- HIGHWAY 14 AT HENKE ROAD IN LA PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP at 7:27 p.m. Saturday. A large SUV driven by Thomas S. Sura, 44, of Racine, went out of control on the icy road, crossed the centerline and collided with a car driven by Kevin J. Collins, 30, of Madison, Kevin and a passenger, Rebecca A. Collins, 27, were taken to Mercy Hospital in Janesville and later transferred to University Hospital in Madison. Both had broken legs, and Rebecca had a broken arm. Sura was cited for causing injury while driving with a revoked license, imprudent speed and a seatbelt violation.
