Finalists named in UW-Whitewater assistant chancellor search

— Four finalists have been named in the search for a new assistant chancellor for student affairs at UW-Whitewater, according to a news release from the university.

The finalists will be on campus for interviews beginning Tuesday, and members of the campus are encouraged to attend.

The finalists are:

-- Thomas Rios, associate vice president for student affairs at Michigan State University, East Lansing, Mich. Rios' interview is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Room 76 of the James R. Connor University Center.

-- Calvin Phillips, associate vice chancellor for student affairs at Winston-Salem State University, Winston-Salem, N.C. Phillips' interview is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 8 in Room 76 of the University Center.

-- Jeff Janz, interim dean of student life at UW-Whitewater. Janz's interview is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 9 in Room 76 of the University Center.

-- Sally Walker, vice president for student affairs at Albion College, Albion, Mich. Walker's interview is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. April 14 in Room 76 of the University Center.
