Arrests

-- A 14-YEAR-OLD BELOIT GIRL and A 15-YEAR-OLD BELOIT GIRL referred to juvenile authorities both on charges of battery to an inmate at the Rock County Juvenile Detention Center after a disturbance Saturday.

-- JASON D. ST. GERMAINE, 36, of 528 Caroline St., Janesville, on a charge of substantial battery Tuesday night at his home.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- FRANK R. KLUCZYNSKI, 44, of 245 S. Cottage St., Whitewater, at 2:24 a.m. Sunday at North Serns Road and East Oakview Drive in Milton Township.

-- PETER T. ARMSTRONG, 52, Rochelle, Ill., at 1 a.m. Monday at Highway 213 north of Old Highway 92 in Spring Valley Township. Also ticketed for driving too fast for conditions.

-- DAVID R. GALVAN, 50, of 2430 Partridge Lane, Janesville, at 3:14 a.m. Monday at Highway 11 and County H in Center Township.

-- ARCADIO CALDERA FLORES, 38, 9204 E. Creek Road, No. 59, Clinton, at 8:01 p.m. Monday after a single-vehicle crash off East Creek Road west of South Carver’s Rock Road in Bradford Township. Also ticketed for failure to notify police and operating without a license.

-- SHERRY A. FAUST, 47, of 4226 N. West Rotamer Road, Janesville, at 2:17 a.m. today at Centerway and Eisenhower Avenue in Janesville.

-- MICHELLE L. HEEREY, 39, of 2819 Woodlane Drive, Janesville, at 12:15 a.m. today at Harding Street and Memorial Drive in Janesville. Also arrested on a charge of obstructing.

Reported

-- BURGLARY to a storage area on Highway 11/14 in La Prairie Township reported Saturday. Reported stolen was a chainsaw valued at $150.

-- BURGLARY to a residence on the 1800 block of South River Road in Janesville reported Monday. Reported stolen were $50 cash and a picture frame and a phone, total value $75.

-- THEFT of a 2004 Toyota Camry valued at $15,000 from the 2700 block of East Milwaukee Street in Janesville reported Tuesday.

-- BURGLARY to a residence on the 2200 block of East Luther Road in Janesville reported Wednesday. Reported stolen were video game controllers and video games valued at $745.

Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 59 EAST OF NORTH CASEY ROAD in Porter Township at 7:55 a.m. Thursday, a pickup truck driven by Theodore Larson, 43, Belleville, crossed the center line and hit a pickup truck driven by Chad Johnson, 37, Edgerton. Johnson was hauling a skid loader on a flatbed trailer, and Larson’s truck struck Johnson’s truck at an angle, causing the trailer and skid loader to dislodge and overturn. Larson was partially ejected but had to be extricated from the truck. He was in fair condition Thursday afternoon at University Hospital, Madison. Johnson was treated and release at Edgerton Memorial Community Hospital. Larson will be ticketed for driving left of center and not wearing a seatbelt.

-- INTERSTATE 90/39 OFF RAMP AT HIGHWAY 14 in Janesville at 10:35 a.m. Thursday, a pickup truck driven by Kristina D. Carlson, 37, of 2836 Regent St., Janesville, rear-ended a car driven by Laura A. Maum, 45, of 1601 Ashland Ave., Beloit. Maum was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. Carlson was ticketed for inattentive driving.

-- RIVERSIDE STREET AND CENTER AVENUE in Janesville at 3:29 p.m. Thursday, bicyclist Nathan A. Baumeister, 12, of 109 S. Academy St., Janesville, was riding with a passenger and hit a pickup truck driven by Jeffery R. Palmer, 48, of 1804 N. Washington St., No. 1, Janesville, who was waiting to pull into traffic on Center Avenue. Baumeister was taken to Mercy Hospital in Janesville for medical treatment.
