Beloit robbery suspect

— Beloit police are hoping very good images of an armed robbery suspect help solve the case quickly.

Deputy Police Chief, Norm Jacobs, says the series of images taken at a robbery scene in Beloit Wednesday afternoon are very clear. He says he wishes all businesses would take the time to install high quality equipment like that.

The subject in the image is suspected of robbing the National Cash Advance store in Beloit. Police have already looked at the images and the suspect is not a recent, or known local resident.

A series of images can be found on the city of Beloit's website under the police department heading. An image also accompanies this story and any updates. Anyone recognizing the suspect is asked to call the Beloit police department at 364-6800 or Crime Stoppers at 362-7463.
