-- MICHAEL A. SCHOONOVER, 21, of 703 Prairie Ave., Janesville, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner consent Tuesday in connection with the theft of a 1992 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck.


-- SHANE A. LEMMER, 18, of 611 N. Palm St., Janesville, on charges of burglary and theft Tuesday.


-- SHANE E. RUGGLES, 29, Rockford, Ill., on a Rock County warrant charging felony escape Tuesday in Rockford.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- EARNEST H. STACEY, 54, of 541 Lake Drive Road, Edgerton, at 4:22 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 1000 block of North Main Street, Edgerton. It was reported as Stacey’s third arrest on a drunken-driving charge. He also was cited for driving on a revoked license.

-- BURGLARY to a garage in the 1300 block of North Washington Street in Janesville reported Sept. 8. A bicycle valued at $50 was reported stolen.


-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 3600 block of Briar Crest Drive in Janesville reported Thursday. A computer, iPod and camera, total value $980, were reported stolen.


-- BURGLARY to a residence on Milton-Harmony Town Line Road in Milton Township reported Sunday. $60 cash was reported stolen.


-- THEFT and destruction of two golf carts from Blackhawk Golf Course, 2100 Palmer Drive, Janesville, reported Tuesday. Each valued at $5,000, the carts were driven into nearby Kiwanis Pond and reported to be total losses.


-- BURGLARY to Realty Executives, 231 S. Main St., Janesville, reported Tuesday. A telephone valued at $50 reported stolen.
