New franchise to open in downtown Janesville

WCLO's Beth Wheelock reports on the type of store that's usually seen near the interstate.

Franchises tend to appear near the interstate, but an Edible Arrangements franchise is opening in Janesville's downtown.

Owner Brandon Tuss says he and his business partner decided to open a franchise when his partner's assistant couldn't get one of the fruit bouquets delivered from Madison or Rockford. After further research, they decided to open their own franchise in the downtown.

Tuss says he anticipates opening by the end of September.
