Arrests

-- A 13-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY and a 12-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE GIRL referred to juvenile authorities Sunday, both on charges of causing injury by negligent handling of a weapon. Police reported the boy shot three girls, including the 12-year-old, with a BB gun and that the 12-year-old girl shot him in the face with a BB gun.


-- MATTHEW L. RUCKS, 25, of 93 N. 6th St., Evansville, on charges of burglary, battery, strangulation and criminal damage Sunday in the 500 block of East Main Street in Evansville.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- TERRY A. ROGNHOLT, 46, of 1129 Monterey Lane, Janesville, at 9:59 p.m. Sunday at Center Avenue and Conde Street in Janesville. It was reported as his fifth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.


-- JOEL A. GALVAN, 24, of 2118 S. River Road, Janesville, at 12:23 a.m. Sunday at West Racine and Chestnut streets in Janesville.


-- MICHAEL T. KUEBLI, 44, of 3222 Mount Zion Ave., Janesville, at 9:45 p.m. Thursday at Highway 14 and County F in Janesville Township. Also ticketed for driving on a revoked license.


Reported

-- BURGLARY to a garage in the 1500 block of Liberty Lane in Janesville reported Sunday. An ice auger, chainsaw and leaf blower—total value $625—were reported stolen.


-- ROBBERY reported at 11:12 p.m. Saturday at Lions Quick Mart, 104 E. Racine St., Janesville. A 28-year-old man reported two men jumped and beat him, stealing a $300 silver necklace, a pack of cigarettes and $35 in cash.


Accidents

-- CLARK AND BLACKHAWK STREETS in Janesville at 12:19 a.m. Sunday, a car driven by Daniel R. Gosda, 24, of 2500 Winthrop Drive, Janesville, ran off the road and hit two trees. Gosda was arrested on a charge of drunken-driving and treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.


-- COUNTY X EAST OF SOUTH CARVER’S ROCK ROAD in Clinton Township at 2:28 p.m. Saturday, motorcyclist Timothy M. Cochrane, 41, Belvidere, Ill., failed to negotiate a curve and was ejected. Cochrane, who was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions, was in good condition this morning at University Hospital in Madison.


-- AFTON ROAD AT THE RAMP TO HIGHWAY 11, Janesville, at 7:12 p.m. Saturday. A car driven by Donald M. Warnlof, 75, of 6172 Riverfield Drive, Janesville, took a right turn too wide and hit a pick-up truck driven by Ryan R. Collins, 31, of 4000 Braemore Drive, Janesville. A passenger in the car, Donna M. Warnlof, 74, of 6172 Riverfield Drive, Janesville, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. Donald Warnlof was cited for turning too wide.
