Milton student search considered success
Milton Superintendent of Schools Bernie Nikolay appears satisfied with the district's security procedures after a "bomb" scare forced a search of students entering the high school Friday morning.
Nikolay says the school is safe, and this was a measured response to be as cautious as possible. Students made six different lines as school officials and police took only minutes to complete the search.
Homecoming events will go on as planned, and the students are in a good mood.
