BRENNEKA, 46, of 3640 Murray Road, Rock Township at 7:20 p.m. Sept. 25 at her home on charges of manufacturing marijuana, maintaining a drug house, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. GLENIS C. GOTH, 44, and ZACHARY C. GOTH, 20, both of 1503 Lowell St., Janesville, both were arrested on charges of manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana. Glenis Gloth also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. A search at the Murray Road home revealed 30 marijuana plants, according to a report from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office.
-- PERRY D. LUCCHESI-TARTER, 17, of 6219 S. Highway 51 No. 194, Rock Township, at 12:13 a.m. Friday on a charge of driving a stolen vehicle. His mother said he stole her car. It later was returned.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- JAMES W. HALVERSON, 58, of 408 Highway St., Edgerton, at 12:01 a.m. Oct. 5 on Highway 51 north of Stark Road, Fulton Township. He also was cited for speeding.
-- ALBERT J. CALTAGERONE JR., 54, of 1917 Kellogg Ave., Janesville, at 1:15 a.m. Wednesday on Highway 51 and Driftwood Drive, Rock Township. He also was cited for failure to obey an officer.
-- TC MCKINNEY, 21, of N8326 Springwood Lane, Delavan, at 6:55 p.m. Saturday at Mercy Health System, 100 Mineral Point Ave., Janesville.
-- JASON W. MCLOUD, 25, of 1706½ W. Fourth Ave., Brodhead, at 11:59 p.m. Saturday at the Rock County Jail. He also was charged with a parole violation.
-- SHANE R. MARQUETTE, 22, Bridgeview, Ill., at 1:24 a.m. Sunday on East Stateline Road near South Clinton Corners Road, Clinton Township. He was also cited for driving without a valid license.
-- DANIEL L. POFF, 23, of 2036 Lenox Apt. B, Beloit, at 3:15 a.m. Sunday relating to a May 23 incident. It was reported as Poff’s second arrest on a drunken driving charge.
-- TAIWAN L. FRANKLIN, 19, of 1112 W. Wall St., Janesville, at 5:20 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of West Memorial Drive, Janesville, on a bench warrant. The warrant also charged driving with a revoked license.
-- BURGLARY reported at 8:44 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of South High Street, Janesville. The victim reported someone entered her home and stole a diaper bag worth $35.
-- FELONY BATTERY reported at 2 a.m. Saturday in the 12900 block of East Highway 67, Clinton. The incident was reported after a sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a 22-year-old Clinton man in the emergency room at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
-- HIGHWAY 11 WEST OF POTTER ROAD, PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP at 1:57 p.m. Saturday. An SUV driven by Breanna N. Ryan, 16, of 304 E. Howe St., Orfordville, failed to negotiate a curve and spun out, stopping off the highway. Ryan was treated and released at Mercy Hospital. She was cited for a seatbelt violation.
