-- DANIEL S. PETERSON, 56, of 1838 Garden Drive, Janesville, on bench warrants charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of drunken driving, obstructing and driving on a revoked license.

-- CRIMINAL DAMAGE to seven street signs, railroad signs or mailbox posts in Plymouth Township on Footville, Schaffner and Welsh roads reported Friday. Damage to each estimated at about $50. Deputies think someone driving a silver pickup truck, either a GMC or Chevrolet from the model years 1994 through 1999, intentionally ran down the signs.


-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 200 block of South High Street in Janesville reported Sept. 15. Reported stolen were $50 cash and prescription medication valued at $100. An estimated $75 damage was done.


-- BURGLARY to Hansen Funeral Home, 211 S. Main St., Janesville, reported Sept. 15. Two telephones, total value $250, were reported stolen.


Accidents

-- NORTH SERNS ROAD AND EAST OAKVIEW DRIVE in Milton Township at 11:18 a.m. Sunday, a car driven by Terrance G. Holly, 66, of 4611 Oakview Drive, Milton, pulled in front of a car driven by Carolyn E. Trost, 23, of 653 Rivendell Drive, Milton. Holly was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign. Trost and two passengersóRachelle and Brooke Trost, ages 3 and 1 respectively, same addressówere reported transported for medical treatment.


-- HIGHWAY 14 EAST OF HIGHWAY 51 in Janesville Township at 12 a.m. Saturday, a car driven by Jonathan S. Sypniewski, 22, of 9431 N. Staff Road, Edgerton, rear-ended a motorcycle driven by Phillip D. Lubke, 20, of 8219 N. Kidder Road, Edgerton. Lubke was reported transported for medical treatment. Sypniewski was arrested on a charge of causing injury by drunken driving and ticketed for inattentive driving.

Accidents

-- PARKING LOT OF DELAVAN LANES, 509 S. Seventh St., Delavan. LaVonne R. Horgan, 41, W7955 Creek Road, No. 110, Delavan, was pinned between her van and the bowling alley building about 10:45 p.m. Oct. 2. Police believe she got out of the van without putting it into park and the van rolled forward, pinning Horgan against the building. She was reportedly transported to a local hospital.


-- PARKING LOT OF WAL-MART, 1819 E. Geneva St., Delavan. A car driven by Charles W. Wohl Jr., 64, W4005 Longfellow Drive, Lake Geneva, collided with a van driven by Kelly D. Davenport, 25, 167 Prairie St., Sharon, about 4:30 p.m. Sunday as Davenport pulled forward out of a parking spot. Wohl was reportedly transported to a local hospital. Neither Davenport nor her passengers, Katelyn M. Adkins, 7 weeks, and John M. Adkins, 2, were injured.
