-- HEATHER M. RANGEL, 21, of 1836 Riverside Drive, No. 4, Beloit, on charges of identity theft and obstructing Sept. 29 after a traffic stop at Highway 51 and Sunny Lane in Rock Township.


-- KEYONNIE S. HANDLEY, 32, of 1714 Porter Ave., Beloit, on Thursday on a charge of felony failure to report to the Rock County Jail.


-- CHAD M. MAPLE, 28, of 742 Park Ave., Beloit, on a bench warrant Friday charging failure to appear in court on an earlier charge of drunken driving.


-- A 16-YEAR-OLD BOY, at 1:45 p.m. Sunday at his home was referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of substantial battery.


-- A 16-YEAR-OLD BELOIT BOY referred to juvenile authorities Sunday on a charge of battery by prisoner at the Rock County Juvenile Detention Facility.


-- ANTHONY R. THORNTON, 44, South Beloit, Ill., on a charge of battery by prisoner Sunday at the Rock County Jail.


-- TRACY L. ELLISON, 35, of 545 Public Ave., No. 508, Beloit, on a warrant charging operating a motor vehicle without owner consent Monday in Milwaukee.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- RICHARD J. LOFGREN, 31, Waterford, at 11:58 p.m. Friday on South Tollefson Road north of Highway 213 in Plymouth Township.


-- BROC E.P. MOEN, 21, of 2901 Woodlane Drive, No. 8, Janesville, at 2:45 a.m. Saturday at Lodge Drive and Milton Avenue in Janesville. Also arrested on a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia.


-- BRADLEY J. GORAL, 35, of 2844 W. Mineral Point Ave., Janesville, at 2:13 a.m. Saturday on County J west of East Avalon Road in La Prairie Township. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge. Also ticketed for inattentive driving.


-- RAMIREZ CATALINO, 45, of 159 S. Jackson St., Janesville, at 11:27 p.m. Saturday at Dodge and Jackson streets, Janesville.


-- ANNA M. HOWARD, 43, of 8456 W. Front St., Orfordville, at 1:48 a.m. Sunday at County H and Orfordville-Hanover Road in Plymouth Township. Also ticketed for driving on a suspended license.


-- SHAWN A. SHARP, 39, of 333 Milton Ave., Janesville, at 2:18 a.m. Sunday at West Court and North Pearl streets in Janesville.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 1100 block of Manor Drive in Janesville reported Sept. 19. Reported stolen were three video game controllers and games, value not listed.


-- ROBBERY at 1:33 a.m. Sept. 23 in the 400 block of Rockport Road in Janesville reported by a 29-year-old Janesville man who told police he was robbed of his wallet, valued at $5, but no money.


-- BURGLARY to a home in the trailer home park at 6219 S. Highway 51, Janesville, reported Friday. A .44-caliber carbine rifle, valued at $400, was reported stolen.


-- FOUR THEFTS from vehicles in Janesville motel parking lots—Motel 6, 3907 Milton Ave.; Best Western, 3900 Milton Ave., and Baymont Inn, 616 Midland Road—reported Saturday. Vehicle windows were smashed—$250 loss estimated in each case—and portable global positioning systems, ranging in value from $160 to $420, were reported stolen.


-- BURGLARY to a vehicle in a garage in the 1000 block of West State Street in Janesville reported Saturday. Reported taken were 175 compact discs, valued at $1,750.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 51 SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 11 in Rock Township at 5:47 a.m. Sept. 29, a pickup truck driven by Earl E. Arrowood, 39, of 1219 Columbus Circle, Janesville, pulled out of a gas station there to turn left and hit a pickup truck driven by Michael A. Copus, 48, of 3382 College St., Milton, as it was turning into the station. Copus, who was ticketed for a seatbelt violation, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. Arrowood was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way.


-- HIGHWAY 140 AND OLD HIGHWAY 140 in Bradford Township at 3:14 p.m. Thursday, a minivan driven by Jeffery K. Mosley, 49, Milwaukee, swerved to miss a raccoon and ran off the road. Mosley was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.


-- WEST COURT AND PINE STREETS, 12:18 p.m. Friday. A fire truck, with lights and sirens activated, driven by Steve A. Sutton, 54, of Janesville Fire Station 1 was westbound on Court Street when he attempted to go around a car stopped in the right lane and a semitrailer truck in the left lane. As Sutton began to pass on the left side of both vehicles, the semitrailer truck, driven by Thomas D. Kenton, 58, Wautoma, began to turn left and collided with the fire truck. No one was injured. The fire department vehicle sustained damage to its hood, quarter panel and grill assembly. Kenton told police officers he didn’t hear the sirens until he started to turn.


-- SOUTH SHARON ROAD NORTH OF COUNTY O in La Prairie Township at 1:08 a.m. Saturday, a car driven by Angela N. Lopez, 16, of 1522 N. Harmony Drive, Janesville, slid in a curve and hit the left front corner of a sport-utility vehicle driven by Kenneth D. Mellom, 54, of 4025 Skyview Drive, Janesville. Lopez, who was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions, was reported transported for medical treatment.


-- SOUTH HAWTHORNE PARK DRIVE AT HAWTHORNE in Janesville at 4:21 p.m. Saturday, a car driven by Mary A. Russell, 79, of 5210 N. Highway 51, Janesville, pulled into the path of a pickup truck driven by Steven A. Nicks Sr., 44, of 1865 N. Hawthorne Park Drive. Russell, who was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.


-- WEST COURT STREET AND SOUTH CROSBY AVENUE in Janesville at 3:15 p.m. Monday, a car driven by Garret G. Ronan, 21, of 140 S. Gilbert St., Footville, rear-ended a car driven by Edith M. Teubert, 65, of 2312 Skyline Drive, Beloit, pushing it into a car driven by Catherine Rebout, 58, of 4608 W. Hanover Road, Janesville. Teubert was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. Ronan was ticketed for following too closely.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- MICHAEL TREINEN, 20, Eagle, at 6:21 p.m. Saturday on West Main Street on the UW-Whitewater campus. He also was cited for speeding, operating after revocation and underage alcohol consumption. A passenger, Nicholas Osgood, 22, 249 N. Queen St., Whitewater, was cited for open intoxicants in a motor vehicle. Two other passengers, Ashley Toman, 18, Eagle, and a 17-year-old female of Eagle, were cited for underage alcohol consumption.


-- BRANT W. MURSCH, 48, of 275 N. Franklin St., Whitewater, on Sunday on East Milwaukee Street in Whitewater.


-- STEPHEN E. WILLIAMS, 24, Chippewa Falls, on Sunday at McDonald’s, 1069 W. Main St., Whitewater.


Reported

-- THEFT of tools from a construction trailer parked in the 300 block of Stone Ridge Drive in Lake Geneva reported Friday. Tools valued at $3,000 to $4,000 were reported stolen.


Accidents

-- HIGHWAY 50 OFF RAMP FROM SOUTHBOUND INTERSTATE 43. A car driven by Frank J. Delgado, 17, 1101 Mobile St., Lake Geneva, rear-ended a van driven by Anita M. Szymanski, 50, 231 Kenosha St., Delavan, which was stopped at the end of the off ramp about 2 p.m. Sunday. Szymanski and her passengers—Angelina M. Szymanski, 12; Steven F. Szymanski, 17; and Anna M. Klein, 10—were reportedly transported to a local hospital. Delgado and his passenger, Joshua T. Kozlowski, 17, Twin Lakes, were not injured.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JEANETTE A. AXELSON, 24, Brodhead, at 11:36 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of West 3rd Avenue, Brodhead. She also was cited for operating after revocation and failure to stop at a stop sign.


-- STACI L. ARNSMEIER, 39, Brodhead, at 12:04 a.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of East 9th Avenue, Brodhead. She also was cited for unsafe lane deviation.
