Paul D. Hays, 59, died Saturday, Sept. 27 at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Arrangements are pending at the All Faiths Funeral Home, Janesville.
Michael Prochazka, 55, Janesville, died Thursday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Henke-Clarson Funeral Home, Janesville. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Tuesday until time of service at the funeral home.
