Five of six Rock County suspects in a robbery-gone-bad appeared in Dane County Court Friday.
The six allegedly arranged a drug deal in Albion near Lake Koshkonong, but instead apparently agreed to rob the person they were meeting. The Capital Times reports 18-year-old Cortez Tucker is being held on $5,000 cash bail on accusations he fired several shots during the incident. 17-year-old Anna Fern of Edgerton was held on cash bail while her parents sorted out where she would stay if released. 20-year-old Patrick Butler of Janesville did not have a bail hearing because he had an arrest warrant from Rock County.
Three others were released on signature bonds. Formal charges are expected against the group next week.
