List of safety needs for Janesville Schools to be released Tuesday

The Janesville School Board will learn Tuesday about safety projects waiting to be completed within the district.

The information comes during a continued discussion on the feasibility of putting seat belts in school buses used by the school district. The school board included a request for a list of other safety needs within the district when asking the administration for updated information on the cost and liability of the seat belts. Director of Student Services Karen Schulte tells WCLO the school board will receive that list via email Tuesday ahead of their discussion at the regular board meeting later that evening.
