YWCA of Rock County Director Kerri Parker is pleased with the progress of the Women's Economic Empowerment Center.
Parker says, thanks in part to a grant from the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, the Women's Economic Empowerment Center will be able to expand its services next year.
The center will offer programming focusing on career and economic skill development from job searches, to computer literacy, to budgeting and financial education, and more.
