Four Janesville teens sustained injuries in a one car crash on Highway 51 at the Rock and Beloit town line around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.

The Rock County Sheriff's Department reports the car, driven by 18-year-old Krystal Rucks of Janesville, was driving at a high rate of speed when she attempted to turn into a parking lot and struck a concrete block supporting a sign.

Rucks and her passengers, 18-year-old Jordan Riggs, 17-year-old Tyler Richards, and 18-year-old Jaime Onofre, all of Janesville, were cited for underage drinking. Rucks was also charged with causing injury by the intoxicated used of a motor vehicle and causing bodily harm by reckless driving.

Onofre sustained facial trauma and was transported to UW Hospital in Madison while the others were treated for non-life threatening injuries at Beloit Memorial Hospital and released
