Janesville Schools deal with inflation

The Janesville School District appears far from immune from the effects of inflation.

Everyone, including the Janesville School District, is dealing with rising costs. District Business Manager Doug Bunton says a scheduled increase in student lunch prices next year may not be enough to cover food costs. He says fuel prices have also taken a big jump.

He says all they can do is find areas to cut costs, and increase efficiency.
