LUECK, 45, no fixed address, on charges of operating a vehicle without owner consent, forgery, criminal trespass, criminal damage, felony bail-jumping and a bench warrant charging failure to appear in court on an earlier charge of theft at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of North Grant Street in Janesville.

-- FELICIA M. MOORE, 20, of 2633 N. Lexington Drive, No. 21, Janesville, on charges of financial card crime and misappropriating identification Tuesday at the Janesville Police Department.

-- TERRANCE T. FORD, 25, no fixed address, on a charge of cocaine delivery Monday.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- RODRIGO SOTELO DOMINGUEZ, 23, of 1301 Winston Drive, No. 1, Edgerton, at 12:44 a.m. Sunday on Highway 14 south of Black Oak Road in Fulton Township. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge. Also arrested on a charge of possessing cocaine and ticketed for driving on a revoked license, driving left of center and driving without a valid driverís license.

-- DAVID A. DIXON, 33, Roscoe, Ill., at 12:58 a.m. Wednesday at Center Avenue and Rockport Road in Janesville. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

Walworth County

-- AMANDA L. SJOBERG, 20, East Troy, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after a vehicle search June 5 in Whitewater.

-- SHARMAIN B. BUCHANAN, 34, of 1312 Prairie Ave., Beloit, operating a vehicle without owner consent after a traffic stop April 23 in Delavan.

-- PHILLIP J. ANDERSON, 16, N142 County N, Whitewater, three counts of party to burglary, party to felony criminal damage to property, two counts of party to misdemeanor theft and party to criminal damage to property. He is accused in connection with several garage and vehicle break-ins Oct. 29-30 in Whitewater.

-- THOMAS B. RETZER, 53, of 613 Rickert, Delavan, intoxicated driving after a traffic stop Feb. 17 in Elkhorn. It was reported as his fifth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

-- STEVEN J. NEUENFELDT, 25, Twin Lakes, felony fleeing an officer, second-degree reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is accused of leading police on a high-speed chase May 10 in LaFayette Township. He also was arrested for intoxicated driving. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.

-- MITCHELL W. ROSSOW, 27, of 3005 W. Circle Drive, Lake Geneva, two counts of burglary, misdemeanor theft, trespassing and four counts of felony bail jumping. He is accused of breaking into Wisconsin Precision Casting, East Troy, and taking thousands of dollars worth of metal in April.

-- DOMINIK J. STARZYCKI, 18, of 701 S. Wisconsin St., Whitewater, felony bail jumping and criminal trespassing. He is accused of going into the basement of an apartment building March 21 on East Parkside Drive in Whitewater.

-- BETSY L. SCHROEDER, 823 Ansley Ave., Milton, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, $600.

-- TODD L. WILL, Menasha, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, $726.
