-- A 14-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY referred to juvenile authorities Monday on three charges of writing graffiti in connection with incidents at Edison Middle School and Lincoln Elementary School in Janesville.


-- NICHOLAS R. RUSSOTTO, 20, of 1911 S. Willard Ave., Janesville, on charges of burglary and theft Monday at the Janesville Police Department.


-- CHRISTOPHER R. RUFFIN, 23 of 451 Sunset Drive, Janesville, on a bench warrant Monday accusing him of failing to appear in court on an earlier charge of fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JUAN TRUJILLO, 23, Rockford, Ill., at 9 p.m. Monday on Highway 14 west of Fox Road in Center Township. Also ticketed for driving without a valid driverís license and for having open intoxicants in a vehicle.


-- DUSTIN T. PETERSON, 18, of 2107 S. Terrace St., Janesville, at 12:53 a.m. Sunday at Pearl and Ravine streets in Janesville.


-- MICHAEL D. WESCOTT, 44, of 11212 Mineral Point Ave., Janesville, at 3:21 p.m. Monday at Main and Racine streets in Janesville. It was reported as his fifth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.


Accidents

-- MILTON AVENUE AND MORSE STREET in Janesville at 7:50 a.m. Sunday, a car driven by Justin J. Little, 19, of 1715 Edon Drive, Janesville, sideswiped a car driven by Michael J. Stowe, 40, of 102 Homestead Place, Milton, as Stowe waited to turn left. Stowe was treated and released at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Little was ticketed for inattentive driving.
