-- DEON C. DELANEY, 24, Milwaukee, in Milwaukee on Thursday on a Rock County warrant charging felony escape and alleging he did not return to the Rock County Jail on Dec. 11 after being allowed out on Huber privileges to look for a job. He was serving a six-month sentence for criminal damage.

-- PHILLIP J. ANDERSON, 16, of 3517 Randolph Road, Janesville at 2:20 p.m. Thursday at Craig High School, 401 S. Randall Ave., Janesville on charges of robbery, disorderly conduct and felony bail jumping. The robbery charge was related to an incident early that day when Anderson allegedly made another student give him money.

-- JAIMIE K. SIMON, 30, of 418 Center Ave., Janesville, on charges of burglary, theft and conspiracy to commit burglary Thursday and JOSHUA M. PIPPENGER, 22, no fixed address, on charges of party to burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary and receiving stolen property in connection with the burglary May 7 of an apartment in the 400 block of Center Avenue in which electronic equipment and watches were reported stolen.

-- ROBERT A. GOODWIN, 26, of 427 W. Racine St., upper apartment, Janesville, on a charge of cocaine delivery Thursday. Also arrested on a bench warrant charging failure to appear in court on an earlier charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.


-- THEFT from a vehicle in the 300 block of North High Street in Janesville reported Thursday. Reported stolen were a cell phone and combination TV/DVD/radio, total value $3,000.

-- THEFT from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Milton Avenue in Janesville reported Sunday. Reported taken were electronic devices, a cell phone and compact discs, total value $3,150.


-- EAST MILWAUKEE STREET AND NORTH LEXINGTON DRIVE in Janesville at 4:16 p.m. Thursday, a car driven by Nicholas R. Whalen, 23, Brodhead, turned left on Milwaukee Street in front of a car driven by Patricia A. Nahn, 45, of 2277 N. Parker Drive, Janesville. The collision forced Nahnís car into a collision with a sport-utility vehicle on North Lexington Drive driven by John C. Johnson, 37, of 1511 N. Lexington Drive, Janesville. Whalen, who was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way while turning left.

-- EAST MEMORIAL DRIVE AND MILTON AVENUE, at 1 p.m. Thursday. A truck driven by Brett J. Padjen, 47, of 1310 Edgewood Court, Lake Geneva was eastbound on East Memorial Avenue when he collided with a truck driven by Patrick Womersley, 53, of 2722 Dartmouth Drive, Janesville. Womersley was treated and released at Mercy Hospital, Janesville.
