-- A 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 1 p.m. Thursday at Parker High School, 3125 Mineral Point Ave., referred to juvenile authorities on a charge of delivery of a prescription drug. TWO GIRLS, AGES 14 AND 15, were referred to juvenile authorities in the same incident on charges of possession of a prescription drug.


-- MICHAEL D. PARKS, 26, of 4212 W. Newville Road, Janesville, on charges of attempted burglary, obstructing and a probation violation Sunday at the Janesville Police Department.


-- SHAWN D. BELL, 22, of 4032 Portland Ave., Beloit, on a charge of battery to a prisoner early Monday morning at the Rock County Jail. Another inmate—a 41-year-old man from Rockford, Ill.—was reported as the victim of the battery.


-- A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Janesville Police Department, on seven counts of graffiti. Police say the boy confessed to incidents at St. Patrick’s School, Bond Park, Waveland Park, Lustig Park, the Veterans Memorial Bridge, the 12&12 Drop-In Center at 407 W. Van Buren St. and the former Accudyne building on North Franklin Street.

-- BURGLARY in the 2000 block of Alexandria Place, Janesville, reported April 10. Taken were $5 cash and a GPS car charger.


-- COUNTERFEIT $20 BILL reported Sunday at Dunkin’ Donuts, 1905 Center Ave., Janesville.


-- GANG-RELATED GRAFFITI and damage to property reported at 9:06 a.m. Sunday at Fourth Ward Park, 400 W. Racine St., Janesville. Vandalism to playground equipment estimated at $300.


Accidents

-- PARKING LOT OF KUTTER HARLEY-DAVIDSON, 3223 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, at 1:33 p.m. Sunday. Lorraine K. Fry, 41, of Poplar Grove, Ill., lost control of a motorcycle she was test-driving and crashed into a parked motorcycle. She was treated and released at Mercy Hospital.


Charged

-- CHAD N. WEBB, 23, of 1315 E. Racine St., Janesville, with battery causing great bodily harm, felony intimidation of a witness and disorderly conduct after Janesville police investigated injuries to a Janesville man who was attacked, knocked unconscious and needed medical treatment March 23 for facial and brain injuries.


-- MICHAEL D. BURDICK, 62, of 1332 Putnam Ave., Janesville, with second-degree reckless endangerment after Janesville police investigated a report of shots being fired in the 1300 blocks of Jerome and Putnam avenues April 18.


-- CHRISTOPHER J. STEVENS, 23, of 4688 N. River Road, Janesville, with substantial battery, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct after a Janesville couple reported being assaulted and the man required treatment for a broken nose April 28.


-- LEONA J. VERNON, 43, of 211 Plumb St., Milton, with battery to a police officer, resisting and disorderly conduct after a Milton police officer reported being bitten in the arm April 30 while trying to arrest Vernon and quell a domestic disturbance.


-- DRAKE M.M. DYKEMAN, 25, no fixed address, with attempted burglary and entry to a locked vehicle after Janesville police investigated a report Saturday of an intruder going through vehicles at a local auto repair shop.


-- BRIAN J. CHRISTIANSEN, 25, of 1944 Garden Drive, Janesville, with child neglect after Janesville police Saturday night investigated a traffic incident and reported finding Christiansen intoxicated at a local restaurant. Officers reported Christiansen told them he had left his 3-year-old daughter home sleeping and unattended while he and a friend went to the restaurant.


-- JAMES E. CHATMAN JR., 41, South Beloit, Ill., with four counts of forgery after Janesville police investigated reports of counterfeit $100 bills being passed at local stores.


-- ANDREW A. PROCHAZKA, 20, of 188 Northside drive, Milton, with sexual assault of a child younger than 16 and repeated sexual assault of a child after a 15-year-old Milton girl reported numerous sexual encounters with Prochazka since she was 12.


-- ERIN D. ROBBINS, 30, of 1720 Highland Ave., with two counts of forgery after Janesville police investigated counterfeit $20 bills reported at a rummage sale.


-- CHAD E. HEATH, 42, Brodhead, with felony theft by false representation after a Janesville car dealer reported that Heath had stopped payment on a check for more than $4,500 used to pay for a used vehicle.


-- NANNETTE Y. CARTER, 27, of 812 W. Holmes St., Janesville, with physical abuse of a child, intentionally causing bodily harm after police investigated a report of a Beloit boy being hit repeatedly with a stick in Beloit.
