Parker golfers fall to Madison Memorial, Beloit Memorial

— Andrew Tearman led Janesville Parker High School’s boys golf team with a 78, but the Vikings dropped two matches against Big Eight Conference rivals Tuesday.

Madison Memorial shot a 308 at Beloit’s Krueger-Haskell course. Beloit Memorial shot 313, while the Vikings were third at 351.

With the sweep, Madison Memorial completed an 8-0 conference season to win the dual championship over Janesville Craig (7-1). Parker finished 0-8.

Quinn Moe of Madison Memorial shot the low score of 2-over 70.

The Vikings compete in the Tri-City Challenge on Thursday and Friday at Glen Erin. That includes Craig, Milton at Beloit Memorial
