A 16-year-old Janesville boy is hurt "car surfing"
A Janesville teenager has been critically injured in a "car surfing" accident.
Police say the 16-year-old was hanging onto the hood of a car Friday night a little after 9:00 p.m. in the Job Center parking lot, when the 17-year-old driver turned quickly. The 16-year-old boy rolled off onto the pavement, striking his head. He was taken to Mercy hospital with serious head injuries.
The 17-year-old is facing charges.
