-- GUADALUPE A. CRUZ, 21, of 747 Kellogg Ave., No. 1, on a bench warrant Wednesday at his home charging failure to appear in court on an earlier charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner consent.


-- JAMES P. GREVING, 40, of 721 Center Ave., Janesville, on charges of false imprisonment and disorderly conduct at 3:02 a.m. today at his home after a domestic disturbance.


-- RYAN J. SCHMELING, 28, of 1707 Nicolet St., Janesville, on bench warrants early this morning charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of drunken driving and felony bail-jumping.


Intoxicated driving arrests

-- DAWN M. KOST, 43, of 1327 Blaine Ave., Janesville, at 9:35 p.m. Tuesday in the 200 block of West Milwaukee Street in Janesville. Also arrested on charges of resisting and a parole violation.


-- MARILYN J. BURNS, 44, of 1914 Foster Ave., Janesville, at 2:21 a.m. today at Randall and Ruger avenues in Janesville.

-- THEFT of a 2006 Skidoo snowmobile and trailer, total value $13,300, from a residence on North County F in Janesville Township reported Sunday.


-- ATTEMPTED BURGLARY to a residence in the 700 block of North Garfield Avenue, Janesville, reported Monday. Someone tried to open the patio door but was unsuccessful and left the scene.


-- BURGLARY to a home in the 2300 block of Hawaii Drive in Janesville reported Monday. Change with an estimated value of $100 reported taken.


-- COUNTERFEIT $10 BILL reported Monday at Lions Quick Mart, 2615 Milton Ave., Janesville.


-- SEXUAL ASSAULT to a 13-year-old Janesville girl reported Wednesday. Police have a 21-year-old male suspect in the case.


Accidents

-- MILTON AVENUE AND KETTERING STREET in Janesville at 10:39 a.m. Wednesday, a pickup truck driven by Gregory G. Ripp, 51, N1630 Hilltop Drive, Lake Geneva, ran a red light and struck broadside a car driven by Amber A. Wille, 25, of 1609 Morningside Drive, No. 3, Janesville. Ripp was ticketed for violating a traffic signal. Wille was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville. A passenger in her car—Tristan A. Wille, 5 months, same address—also was seen at the hospital.
