Interesting and talented group of athletes. I watch with interest how many Janesville High School athletes make it to the next level and stand out there. They get there from the skills their HS Coaches and Teachers develop in them. That's my metric of success of the city school's sports programs. That being said, I'll cast a vote for Mike Herrington, Parker, class of 1979.

I will second the nomination of Renee Wolters. She is one of the most amazing people I have met in Janesville!!!

Discrimination? How do you figure? Did you even know who Robb Logterman was before reading this?

My point is these people are far older than Mistie. Robb played for Craig in 1990, almost 10 years before Mistie even enrolled at Parker. She'll get in. She just has to wait her turn.

Renee Wolters also belongs with this group. She was an outstanding athlete at Whitewater (She is in their Hall of Fame) and is a terrific coach!

Waiting until she retires would certainly be discrimination based upon the fact she happens to be a professional. Hopefully she will get in prior to that in that she has just started her WNBA career. She is an even better person than an athlete!

Notice Logterman and Anderson are just getting in now. It takes a while. They might even wait 'til she retires.

Why no Mistie Williams? How many of the above are/were professional athletes at the highest level?
