-- JAMIE A. PEREZ, 22, no fixed address, on two charges of operating a vehicle without owner consent and one each of possessing marijuana with intent to deliver and theft at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of Morse Street in Janesville.
-- DUSTIN C. TEUBERT, 27, of 5309 S. Driftwood Drive, Janesville, on a charge of escape at his home Monday after a Rock County sheriff’s deputy reported Teubert ran from him as he was going to transport Teubert from Rock Valley Community Programs, 203 W. Sunny Lane, Janesville.

-- CHRISTIE A. MUNN, 22, of 10147 W. Stuart Road, Orfordville, at 2:28 a.m. Saturday on Highway 11 east of County H in Center Township.
-- RICHIE A. COX, 25, of 9447 S. Cox Road, Beloit, at 4:49 p.m. Saturday on County K north of Hafeman Road in Plymouth Township.
-- RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ JR., 19, of 9707 N. McCord Road, Whitewater, at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, on County Line Road south of Pioneer Road in Lima Township. Also ticketed for failure to notify police of an accident, unreasonable speed and not having a valid driver’s license.
-- ERIK O. BUSS, 25, Lena, Ill., at 12:57 a.m. Sunday at Highway 51 and Happy Hollow Road in Rock Township. Also ticketed for open intoxicants in a vehicle.
-- LISA M. STEPHENS, 37, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 260, Janesville, at 10:07 p.m. Sunday at Jake’s Mobil, 6501 S. Highway 51, Janesville. Also ticketed for hit and run and arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing after a reported disturbance at the gas station.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 100 block of South Grant Street, Janesville, reported Monday. A metallic blue drum kit valued at $450 was reported stolen; estimated $50 damage done to gain entry,
-- BURGLARY to Samuels Recycling, 1753 Beloit Ave., Janesville, reported Saturday. Estimated $25 damage done to gain entry; whether anything was stolen was unknown.
-- GANG GRAFFITI reported Tuesday in the 1900 block of North Claremont Drive and at Saint George Lane and Black Bridge Road in Janesville.
Accidents
-- BUTTERFLY ROAD AND CHURCH STREET in Turtle Township at 5:23 a.m. Sunday, a sport-utility vehicle driven by Carleen K. Haseman, 51, of 5115 E. Creek Road, Beloit, ran off the road and hit a culvert, wall and utility pole. Haseman was arrested on a charge of drunken driving and ticketed for suspended registration. She was in fair condition this morning at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
-- ADEL STREET AND ROOSEVELT AVENUE in Janesville at 12:22 a.m. Friday, Janesville police officer Shaun Mahaffey, 27, was responding to a call of an armed subject and saw the suspect in the T-intersection. Mahaffey got out of his squad car to respond but did not put the car in park. It rolled forward and hit a fire hydrant. No tickets were issued.

-- CORNELIOUS L. AGEE, 28, Chicago Heights, Ill., with possessing marijuana with intent to deliver and dealer failing to have a tax stamp while possessing a controlled substance after Milton police responded June 20 to an abandoned 911 call and reported finding more than two ounces of marijuana in Agee’s car.
-- ERIC A. GATES, 33, of 619 S. Arch St., No. 5, Janesville, on an Illinois fugitive complaint charging unlawful use of a weapon in Cook County, Ill.
-- FELICIA D. MOORE, 19, of 2633 N. Lexington Drive, No. 21, Janesville, with felony credit card fraud and identity theft after a Janesville woman reported in January that almost $6,300 in unauthorized purchases and debt payments were made on her mother’s debit card.
