Stateline United Way ready for 2008

BELOIT — The Stateline United Way is releasing final numbers from their 2007 campaign as they prepare for 2008.

With the 2008 Stateline United Way Campaign just three months away, officials are tidying up their numbers from last year's campaign.

In 2007, the Stateline United Way collected 99.6% of their $1.45 million. That's 3.1% more than collected in 2006 and represents the most money ever collected in a Stateline United Way campaign.

Although just short of goal, the Stateline United Way board has decided to allocate 100% of money pledged to member agencies.
