Traffic delays expected during Tub Run
Traffic on Janesville's northeast side will be tied up for at least half-an-hour Saturday beginning at noon as 1500 motorcycles take part in the "Tub Run" fundraiser for muscular dystrophy.
Deputy Police Chief Steve Kopp is urging motorists to avoid the area, or be prepared to wait. Kopp says officers were pleased to clear the area in about a half hour last year. Kopp says the route begins at Kutter Harley Davidson north of Highway 14, running south on Pontiac, East on Ruger, and south on Wright Road.
The event hopes to raise $200,000. The procession will end of at Thresherman's Park near Edgerton.
