Arrests

-- ELAINE F. FOSNOW, 48, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 141, Janesville, ticketed Sunday for providing alcohol to a minor, and JESSIE L. FLOCK, 18, of 6219 S. Highway 51, No. 3, Janesville, ticketed for underage drinking.

-- ALEXIA L. VERRIOS, 19, Reedsburg, on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card Wednesday at the Rock County Jail.

-- DUSTEN J. JOHNSON, 23, of 319 S. Academy St., Janesville, on a charge of substantial battery Wednesday in the 500 block of Harding Street in Janesville.

-- JOSEPH D. LYNCH, 28, of 1531 Gartland Ave., Janesville, on charges of false imprisonment, disorderly conduct and obstructing Wednesday at home after a domestic disturbance.

-- SCOTT A. STLUKA, 25, of 4348 County KK, Milton, on bench warrants early this morning at the Rock County Jail charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of second-offense drunken driving and second-offense driving on a revoked license.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- RICHARD J. DEWITT, 40, of 462 S. Randall Ave., No. 4, Janesville, at 2:13 a.m. today at Delavan Drive and Beloit Avenue in Janesville.

Accidents

-- COUNTY G AT BELOIT-ROCK TOWNLINE ROAD, Rock Township at 9:07 a.m. Saturday. A vehicle driven by Justin S. Burns, 17, of 3515 Randolph Road, Janesville, was southbound waiting to turn right when he was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Michael B. Chambers, 20, of 1053 Putnam Ave., Janesville. Chambers and a passenger, Jessica S. Servin, 19, of 2027 Nelson Ave., Beloit, were treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital, along with one passenger in Burns’ vehicle, Steven P. Vinmans, 50, Black Earth. Chambers was cited for following too closely.

-- MILWAUKEE STREET AT SINCLAIR STREET, Janesville at 8 a.m. Tuesday. A car driven by Shawnna M. Shabani, 27, of 3429 Randolph Road, Janesville, was stopped in traffic when she was rear-ended by a Jeep driven by Madhavi S. Suvarna, 33, of 4406 Prairie Fox Drive, Janesville. Shabani was treated and released at Mercy Hospital while her passenger, Joseph A. Reavis, 8, also was treated at an area hospital. Suvarna was cited for following too closely.
