Judge Daley to be sworn in Friday for fourth term

Rock County Presiding Judge James Daley will be sworn in Friday to begin his fourth term as Judge of Branch I of the Rock County Circuit Court.

State Supreme Court Justice Annette Ziegler will administer the oath at 4:00 in Courtroom H of the Rock County Courthouse. Daley is a former Rock County District Attorney and resigned to accept the judicial appointment in 1989.

He became Rock County Presiding Judge in 1998 and was named the 5th Judicial Deputy Chief Judge in 2007.
