-- THOMAS T. TROW, 33, Stoughton, at 1:08 a.m. Wednesday at County M and Tolles Road in Porter Township. It was reported as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge. Also ticketed for driving left of center.
-- STEVEN S. CLARK, 20, of 2407 Holiday Drive, No. 2, Janesville, at 4:10 a.m. todayat Pontiac Drive and Pontiac Place in Janesville.

-- THEFT of a 1996 Saturn valued at $2,000 from the 200 block of Milton Avenue in Janesville reported Saturday.
-- BURGLARY to a garage in the 1400 block of East Holmes Street in Janesville reported Saturday. Reported taken was a bicycle valued at $300.
-- BURGLARY to garage in the 4400 block of Fieldcrest Drive in Janesville reported Monday. A bicycle valued at $200 was reported taken.
-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 2200 block of West State Street in Janesville reported Tuesday. $150 cash and a purse valued at $30 were reported stolen.
-- BURGLARY to a house in the 300 block of Mohawk Road in Janesville reported Wednesday. $860 cash and a purse and keys—total value $80—were reported stolen.

-- KENNEDY ROAD AND REFSET DRIVE in Janesville at 5:07 p.m. Tuesday, the throttle stuck on a moped ridden by James R. Joiner, 51, of 1507 Refset Drive, Janesville, and he lost control. Joiner was treated and released at Mercy Hospital in Janesville.

Accidents
-- WEST MAIN STREET AT WEST NORTH STREET, WHITEWATER Allia D. Nelson, 26, of 249 N. Tratt St., Whitewater, was crossing North Street on her bicycle when she was struck by a car driven by Brian J. Cobb, 39, of 1253 Peninsula Lane, Whitewater, as it turned left from Main Street onto North Street on July 14. Nelson was injured and transported to a local hospital.

-- STEVEN J. CHRISTOPHER, 41, no fixed address, on July 10 at the Lake Geneva Public Library on a warrant charging him with violating a domestic violence restraining order.
-- JEFFREY M. ZUKOWSKI, 38, of 355 Oakwood Lane, Lake Geneva, on July 15 in the parking lot of McDonald’s in Lake Geneva on warrants charging him with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, resisting/obstructing an officer and unsafe backing. He was jailed.

-- MATTHEW I. KOPIER, 25, Waterford, on July 16 after a traffic stop on Geneva Street at Cook Street. He also was cited for driving a motor vehicle on the sidewalk and making an unlawful U-turn.
-- DIANE T. CLINE, 58, of 1009 Wisconsin St., No. 1, Lake Geneva, on July 17 at the Clark gas station in Lake Geneva. It was reported as her fourth arrest on a drunken-driving charge.
-- MITCHELL E. ADAMS, 37, N1473 Powers Lake Road, Genoa City, on Friday night in the 700 block of Main Street in Lake Geneva. He also was cited for operating left of the centerline.
-- ERIC B. ENOCHS, 21, of 217 Freeman St., Genoa City, Saturday morning after a two-car accident in Lake Geneva. He also was cited for inattentive driving and display of vehicular power.
-- JEROME A. HANCOCK, 19, Madison, on March 8 on South Summit Street in Whitewater.
-- SERENA M. MASCHE, 26, Fort Atkinson, on Wednesday on South Whiton Street in Whitewater.
