The Rock County 4H Fairgrounds are bustling a day before the start of the fair.

Fair Office Manager Mary Check says animals have to be in place by Tuesday at noon. Vendors and the carnival rides are continuing to set up Monday. She says the exhibitors are skilled at helping their animals cool off from the July heat. The fair may also have water trucks available to help cool the animals.

The fair starts Tuesday.
