Arrests

-- JAMES L. CIOMBER, 66, Poplar Grove, Ill., on a charge of lewd and lascivious behavior Thursday at Carver-Roehl Park, 4907 S. Carver’s Rock Road, Clinton Township, after an undercover Rock County sheriff’s deputy reported a man exposed himself at the park.

-- A 15-YEAR-OLD FOOTVILLE BOY referred to juvenile authorities Friday on charges of burglary and theft in connection with the theft of a computer game player valued at $130 from a residence on Galena Road in Footville.

-- ROBERTO CARABALLO, 25, of 253 Middle St., Beloit, on a charge of felony escape after a Rock County correctional officer reported he did not show up for the Workender program Saturday.

-- LAMANDA G. HARRISON, 32, of 1736 Morse St., Beloit, on a charge of felony escape after a Rock County correctional officer reported she did not show up for the jail-diversion Workender program Sunday.

-- JEFFREY B. BAILEY, 47, Madison, on warrants Monday charging felony theft, misdemeanor theft, party to felony theft, two counts of misdemeanor bail-jumping and bench warrants charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.

-- KIMBERLY A. LEPKOWSKI, 30, Loves Park, Ill., on Monday on charges of identity theft and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and bench warrants charging failure to appear in court on an earlier charge of second-offense driving on a revoked license.

-- RANCE W. GEHRI, 28, of 3431 Ruger Ave., Janesville, on warrants Tuesday charging party to the crimes of burglary, theft and criminal damage.

-- JONATHON W. BAUMANN, 18, of 340 Locust St., Beloit, on warrants Tuesday charging second-degree recklessly endangering safety with a weapon and disorderly conduct while armed in connection with an incident in April in which a Beloit man reported a pistol was pointed at his head and a shot fired into the air.

-- BRIAN D. FREEMAN, 26, of 3204 Stuart St., No. 2, Janesville, on bench warrants early this morning charging failure to appear in court on earlier charges of identity theft and possessing marijuana.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- DAVID J. OLESTON, 56, of 269 Longwood Drive, Janesville, at 5:43 p.m. Tuesday at his home.

Reported

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 100 block of Hamblett Street in Orfordville reported Sunday. Reported taken were alcohol, cigarettes, pizzas, a wallet and cash, total value $147.

-- THEFT of a riding lawnmower valued at $6,190 from a trailer parked at a residence on Highway 26 in Milton reported Monday.

-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 1100 block of Milwaukee Street in Janesville reported Tuesday. Two jewelry boxes, their contents and a safe, total value $1,200, reported stolen.

-- FELONY BATTERY at 1 a.m. today in the 700 block of N. Oakhill Ave., Janesville, after a 16-year-old female was cut on the shoulder with a broken bottle and had to get stitches at Mercy Hospital. Her attacker, who fled on foot, remains at large. Police continue to investigate.

Accidents

-- COUNTY X EAST OF SOUTH CARVER’S ROCK ROAD in Clinton Township at 2:32 a.m. Sunday, a vehicle driven by Linda L. Britton, 45, of 318 Sweet Road, No. 202, Darien, ran off the road and rolled 12 times onto its roof. Britton was arrested on a charge of drunken driving and ticketed for driving too fast for conditions. She was treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

-- MILTON AVENUE SOUTH OF KENNEDY ROAD in Janesville at 7:12 p.m. Monday, a motorcycle driven by Larry L. Snook, 57, of 2010 Laurel Ave., Janesville, merged into another lane and struck a pickup truck driven by Danner C. Schalk, 17, of 10102 N. Klug Road, Milton. As reported Tuesday, Snook was arrested on a charge of drunken driving; he was ticketed for unsafe lane deviation. He was admitted to Mercy Hospital on Monday and discharged Tuesday.
