Daniel B. Fleming of Chicago turns 18 Saturday, the day after he is scheduled to be sentenced in Rock County on charges related to the drunk driving death of one of his friends.

The crash occurred in the Town of Center last summer, killing 18-year-old Dayne Cutler of Chicago and injuring a 16-year-old Janesville girl. According to the criminal complaint, Cutler begged Fleming not to drive because he had been drinking.

Fleming pleaded guilty to two of the felony charges in April.
