The victim said someone snatched her purse in the 400 block of South Franklin Street and ran. RIK V. THOMAS, 19, of 436 S. Franklin St., Janesville, was charged with robbery, party to a crime, in the same incident.
- TINA M. WETENKAMP, 45, of 106 S. Chatham St., Janesville, at 10:17 p.m. Friday at 319 S. Academy St., Janesville, on a charge of disorderly conduct while armed.
- DARIEL PEREZ PACHECO, 18, no fixed address, at 9:45 a.m. Friday at 3531 Royal Road, Janesville, on a charge of second-degree sexual assault of an adolescent female.
Intoxicated driving arrests
- JACOB J. WAGNER, 21, of 6525 N. Halstatt Drive, Milton, at 6:39 p.m. Monday at Deerfield Drive near Kettering Street, Janesville. Wagner was arrested after his pickup truck went onto the median and struck a light pole.
- ESTEBAN LOPEZ, 25, of 2600 E. Racine St. No. 14, Janesville, at 1:11 a.m. Saturday at Parker Drive and St. Lawrence Avenue, Janesville. He was also charged with resisting arrest.
- DUANE E. TUCKER, 31, of 704 Fillmore St., Janesville, at 3:04 a.m. Friday at 600 W. Milwaukee St., Janesville, on a bench warrant. It was reported as Tucker’s second arrest on a drunken driving charge.

- BURGLARY reported at 7:21 p.m. June 15 in the first block of South Fremont Street, Janesville. The victim reported someone stole two bikes from the garage.
