- ALLAN J. POPP, 25, of 2012 Harvard Drive, Janesville, on charges of burglary, theft and forgery Wednesday at the Rock County Jail.
- JAMES D. CHAMPLIN, 26, Rockton, Ill., in Illinois on Tuesday on bench warrants charging failure to appear in Rock County Circuit Court on charges of party to burglary and party to misappropriating personal identification.
- JUVENILE 15-year-old Janesville boy referred to juvenile authorities Thursday on a charge of operating a motor vehicle without owner consent. He is suspected in connection to a vehicle reported stolen in the 200 block of Ridge Creek Dr. in Janesville earlier Thursday morning.

- ARSON to six trash cans in Footville Community Park, 134 Park St. Fires reported Tuesday afternoon. No damage estimate listed.
- BURGLARY to a residence on West Aberdeen Road in Fulton Township reported Monday. An 1889 Carson City coin valued at $7,000 and a credit card reported stolen.
Accidents
- HIGHWAY 140 AND AVALON ROAD in Bradford Township at 6:30 a.m. Monday, a minivan driven by Carrie A. Cousin, 33, of 8923 E. Highland Ave., Avalon, pulled into the path of a car driven by Marta Zavala, 27, of 306 Mill St., Clinton. Zavala was treated and released at Beloit Memorial Hospital. Cousin was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign and knowingly driving on a suspended license and causing injury.
- HIGHWAY 14 in Janesville at 12:27 a.m. Thursday, a pick-up truck driven by Sarah Bowers, 19, of Milton, cut in front of a car driven by Bernard Richards, 37, of Janesville, sending both vehicles off the road and into a power pole. Bowers was taken to Mercy and was in fair condition Thursday afternoon.
